Booking policy

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the prices provided are for informational purposes only. Your reservation is only valid if it has been confirmed by us in some form (e.g., email, phone).

If you need to cancel the reserved appointment, you can notify us by email at least 48 hours before the booking.

If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, please inform us in a timely manner. Please note that reorganization takes time, and cancellations/modifications can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone), taking into account our opening hours.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours but 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total amount will be invoiced. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours and you do not wish to reschedule for another time, 100% of the service fee will be invoiced.

If a new appointment is scheduled, and you do not show up for that one as well, then the service fee will be invoiced at 2 x 100%.

By making a reservation, you agree to the reservation policy and, in case of cancellation fees, you will settle the invoice.

If the invoice's total amount is not paid by the specified deadline, a late payment fee of 1500 HUF per day will be applied.
